Kirti Naslund is the founder and principal of Summit Law Office. With over 15 years of experience in the legal field, Kirti decided to open her own law firm in Abbotsford, B.C. so she could continue to provide trusted advice in the areas of family law, real estate law, corporate law, commercial law and wills & estates.

After obtaining her B.B.A. from UFV in 2006, Kirti furthered her education and pursued her life-long dream of becoming a lawyer. She completed both her Juris Doctor and M.B.A. at Thompson Rivers University, where she was selected as Valedictorian for her graduating M.B.A class in 2007. Kirti was called to the bar in 2019 and is licensed to practice in British Columbia.

Kirti has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada for contentious family law matters such as child support, spousal support, guardianship, and relocation, to name a few.

Now as a business lawyer, Kirti particularly focuses on residential and commercial real estate projects and ensures her clients’ transactions complete with confidence.

Kirti also advises clients on business structures and company reorganizations such as:

  • incorporations
  • share transfers
  • director/shareholder appointments and resignations
  • annual reports
  • minute book maintenance
  • commercial/ residential leases

Kirti strives to give back to her community both at work and in her spare time, where she volunteers with organizations such as Access Pro Bono and the Abbotsford Food Bank. After work, you can find Kirti biking a local trail with her family or cheering from the sidelines at her children’s sports games.
